Honda selected early model GXV140, 5hp engine models, including early red plasticcowl versions of HRU195, HRU195M, HRU215 and HRU215M lawn mower models with a topmounted air filter and a carburettor mounted fuel tap.

Please note, Honda GXV140 engines were fitted with more than one type ofcarburettor. This is the carburettor referred to as carburettor (1) or (BE 53A C)with the integrated fuel tap. This carburettor is not suited to later models whichfeatured a remote mounted fuel tap.
