Electric PTO Clutches are a specialist component that should only be fitted by aservicing dealer with the correct equipment to test both the charging circuits andbattery condition, over the counter sales of clutches as spare parts should bediscouraged. WHY? - The main causes of failures to electric clutches are due tofaults with the battery and or charging circuits not providing the correct currentto operate the clutch adequately leading to premature failure. It is therefore theresponsibility of the servicing dealer to test these items prior to installing anew clutch, failure to do so will void warranty. Warranty covers normal use anddoes not cover damage or defect which results from alteration, accident, neglect,or improper clutch selection, installation, operation, or maintenance. Warrantycovers faulty manufacture and or workmanship.
Wonderful service getting this coil from halfway around the world was amazing. I think it was the last one in existence. Saved us from having to replace the engine.
