Genuine BigDog & HUSTLER 54" Cut Side Discharge High Lift Bar Blade

Genuine Hustler and BigDog high lift bar blade. Fitted as a production line bladeon 54" cut side discharge HUSTLER FasTrak and Fastrak SDX. Fitted as a servicereplacement blade on several other models listed below where a high lift blade isrequired. Blade Lift refers to the ability of a blade to provide vacuum to liftgrass so that it can be cut uniformly. More blade lift also contributes to removingdebris out of the grass, clearing debris out of the deck and throwing the grassfurther in side discharge mode. In some conditions, more blade lift can result incausing debris to build up under the deck, while in other conditions, the oppositeis true. Blade "Lift" can be measured from the bottom side of the blade to thehighest point of the blade sail. The high Lift Blade (H) is the standard blade formany deep decks. A high lift blade provides more vacuum for better finishedapperance. Blade lift for this blade measures 1.09" / 27.68 mm).
